Feeling anxious? Tools to help.

I listened to a great podcast from Dr. Rangan Chatterjee on the high levels of anxiety currently in the air.  I especially liked the idea of ‘social sneezing’ – how someone can become infected by someone else’s emotional state or anxiety. This shows how important it is to protect ourselves from excessive anxiety and to have tools to manage it.
