Online Breathwork Training Courses for Anxiety
Learn the basics on how to curb anxiety in real life, using your unique physiology. Join me for practical techniques, the science behind the breath, and support around the experience of anxiety.

WHERE: The course will run on Zoom.
HOW LONG: Each course will run for 5 weeks and each session will be 1.25 hours
HOW MUCH: £80 for the 5-week course
HOW MANY: Each group will be limited to 6 attendees to support discussion, individual attention & mutual support.
